Project Cervicare First Phase

On the occasion of Cervical Cancer Awareness month, NHC - Team NAIHS under the leadership of Ambassador Dr. Priya Adhikari conducted an awareness program on 11th January 2023 for adolescent girl students of Grade 6-10 as well as female teachers and staff at Rashmi Secondary School, Swoyambhu.

The reening methods, a program focused on cervical cancer- its causes, clinical features, prevention, and management options, with special focus on HPV vaccine and Pap smear test. It was an interactive session with a quiz at the end which showed active participation from both students and staff.
